This release note update covers key features and changes released as of July 25, 2025.

What's New?

Secure Messages: * Priorities: * Normal, High, and Low Priorities are added to secure messages * A priority column is added to the Secure Message List Page. * A dropdown is added to SendSecureMessage based on priorities. Default is Normal. * Flags: * Flags are added to Secure messages. * If the secure message is flagged, a red flag is displayed. The flag is grey if the message isn't flagged. These changes are audited. * A toggle button is added to view secure message.

What's Improved?

  • DDPs: This improvement is for customers who use a 'DPP' (Developmental Disabilities Profile) Client Document. The associated program filter in the Client Documents: DDP List Page is now a multi-select dropdown. DDP-MultiSelect.png

  • Organizations:

    • Organizations now have a status. Selections available by default are:
      • Not Specified
      • Active
      • Inactive
    • A new Status filter and a column is added to the Organizations List Page.

  • Account Programs: Clarified language on start and end dates for Account Programs. Previously the fields were 'Service Start' and 'Service End'; they have been renamed to 'Start' and 'End'.

  • Quick duplicate name check: Clarified labels on 'Quick Check for Duplicate Names' on client intake forms.

  • Applicant Scenario: Renamed 'Header Block' to 'Free HTML', made 'Applicant Name' block sortable, and non-editable checkbox on Edit Applicants Scenario.
