How do the Staff Action Plan On-going Activities Work

On the work queue, there is a frequency called "On-Going". The idea behind On-Going is that only 1 or 2 "instances" maybe required, but the staff may choose to do an action many times.

Actions on a staff action plan that have a frequency of "ongoing" will display with 50 tabs when you go to perform them, despite how many times are entered for the action in the staff action plan.
