How are the Staff Action Plan Goal Total Opportunities Calculated

The Staff Action Plan Goal Total Opportunities is calculated as the Time duration of the Action Plan divided by time interval with rounding.

Example:

These screen captures were pulled from a SAP which is effective for the period of 1/3 – 7/31/2024 (211 days, 7 months, or 211 days).

So…

If frequency is 1/day - > = 211 If frequency is 2/day - > = 422

If frequency is 1/week - > = 30 (30.1 rounded to 30 (211/7)) If frequency is 2/week - > = 60

If frequency is 1/every 2 weeks - > = 15 If frequency is 2/every 2 weeks - > = 30
