How do I add new Care Plan Tabs or rename existing ones

Care Plans can be categorized based on their frequency of creation. Each tab on the page reflects a different frequency. Tabs can be added or removed, or renamed.

This is where you would manage the Care Plan tabs in the Configuration Reference Libraries:   

When creating a new plan type, the short description is used for the care plan tab names.
