Questions about Secure Messaging

Questions:

  • Can you assign secure messages to someone when on vacation, leaves a position?
  • Can you push out scheduled reports, including by email?
  • Can partner portals be used for sharing files?
  • Can referral sources – person and organization - be tracked? (who referred when and for what)
  • And can referrals provide pre-identified needs instead of at intake?

Answers:

  • No, we cannot currently assign secure messages to others when the recipient is on vacation
  • No, but the "leaves an organization" would be something we can consider as part of our future design
  • No, we do not currently have a way to push out scheduled reports. Users should login and look at the live information
  • No, our Partner Portal does not currently allow for the sharing of files, but that would be reasonable to consider for future IMPOWR functionality
  • Yes, referral sources can be tracked and be reported on
  • We have referrals for well curated handoffs between organizations, and applicants that allow for the capturing of this information. Other sections of IMPOWR (such as for inbound calls) also provide a way to track this information)
